YORK DANCE WELCOMES Craig Schulman!
|
Invited to represent the U.S. at the 10th Anniversary of Les Misérables in London, Craig Schulman is the only actor in the world to have portrayed three
of the greatest musical theatre roles: the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom Of The Opera; Jean Valjean in Les Miserables; and the title
roles in Jekyll
& Hyde.
He has portrayed Jean Valjean in four different companies in three countries for a total of over 1,900 performances.

In Concert; he has also played Che in Evita, Tevye in Fiddler On The Roof, Archibald in The Secret Garden, and Father in Children Of Eden. Schulman moves freely
between the worlds of Broadway, opera and symphonic pops programs. He has appeared with many opera companies around
the U.S., singing leading tenor roles in The Tales of Hoffmann, Tosca, Madame
Butterfly, Carmen, Die Fledermaus, La Bohéme, La Traviata, The Crucible, and Manon. As a Pops artist, he is the creator and producer
of the BROADWAY NIGHTS™ concert series and
has appeared in all thirteen of the BROADWAY NIGHTS™ programs. He has three solo concert programs entitled, “Craig Schulman On Broadway”, “Heroes, Monsters & Madmen™” and “Be My Love… A Broadway Valentine”. Television credits include The Guiding Light, All My Children, One Life To Live and most
recently, The
Rosie O'Donnell Show, and
NBC's Weekend Today. He can be heard
as the voices of both "Luciano Pavarotti" and "Placido Domingo" on MTV's Claymation Celebrity Death Match. He dedicates

Francesca DeAngelo has been a dance
teacher, choreographer and company director for over twenty five years. She has choreographed over 35 musicals for KJK Productions
and several Broadway Star Benefits presented in the New York area with such stars as Alan Menken, Craig Schulman and Gay Willis.
She has traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East as a dancer and master teacher and performed and choreographed locally
for KJK’s Children’s Theatre and Main Stage Productions. As a choreographer her favorite shows include: 42nd Street,
Peter Pan, West Side Story, Evita, Bye Bye Birdie, A Chorus Line, Anything Goes, Annie, Guys and Dolls, Funny Girl and My
Fair Lady to name a few. As a teaching artist with City Center’s Educational Out Reach Program, she has taught postperformance
workshops with members of the Paul Taylor Dance Company in NYC schools and is currently on staff at Rye High School teaching
dance as part of the Performing Arts Program. In conjunction with Blind Brook High School, Francesca was recently nominated
for a Helen Hayes Award for her production number Anything Goes. She holds a BA in Sociology from Iona College and thirty
credits in career related courses from SUNY Purchase. Continuing her professional development, Francesca completed an intensive
workshop at City Center and mentoring program called “Stage to Classroom” designed to integrate dance into the
academic classroom as well as Broadway Dance Center’s Teachers Only Workshops.

Gabriel DeAngelo Producer
and Musical Director has produced and directed numerous theatrical productions including Into the Woods, Guys and Dolls, The
Sound of Music, Music Man, Grease, Anything Goes and many more. He has performed throughout the US and Internationally
with many of the world’s leading choral conductors, and is also the founder and owner of the professional male vocal
ensemble, The New York Vagabonds with whom he has toured throughout the U.S and abroad. Mr. DeAngelo holds a Bachelors
and Masters Degree in Music Education and Performance and is a member of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
He is also an accomplished musical arranger and volleyball player/coach.

Bonnie Kennedy (New York Dance Manager)
has been teaching, studying, choreographing and performing for years in New York and Connecticut. She has studied and worked
with excellent tap and jazz teachers such as Francesca Flanagan, Joan McGrath and Gail Smith as well as master classes with
renowned teachers. She has choreographed and performed with the Wilton Play Shop, Connecticut Play Makers, New Canaan Summer
Theatre and the Darien Players. In addition, Bonnie was a trainer and office manager for Curves for Women, office manager
for Kennedy Security Services, Inc. and shipping manager for Avon for over ten years.

Joanna Elisabeth Priwieziencew-Smith is an alumni of the National Ballet
School of Warsaw, Poland. She performed with many companies throughout Europe including the Grand Opera of Warsaw, The
Stuttgart Ballet and the Open Dance Festival in St. Petersburg. Joanna continued her career in Madrid, Spain as a member of
the Ballet Carmen Roche and subsequently traveled to Italy where she was a member of the newly founded Progetto Compagnia
performing in various styles, such as TanzTheatre and Forsythe's Contemporary Ballet. Currently, Joanna has been dancing
with Ajkun Ballet Theatre, Contemporary Ballet Theatre and recently started dancing with Exit 12 Dance Company in New York
City.

Lamont Davis is a talented star on the
rise whose energy and enthusiasm capture the heart and soul of his students. Lamont started singing and dancing before he
was 10, performing all over the tri-sate area with his two brothers. At the early age of 17, He began teaching career at the
YMCA in Yonkers, NY and soon after joined The Heavenly Bodies Dance Studio putting his extensive training in action teaching
Hip Hop. Lamont was also an outstanding member of the AMAS Musical Theatre Co. for 16 years earning him the title of "Triple
Threat"! Lamont has an infectious sense of joy that he infuses into whatever group he is working with. His history and
devotion to his craft are as rich as his talent. His training includes Modern, Jazz, Tap, African and Hip Hop.
